Preliminary Engineering

Value engineering goes hand-in-hand with cost estimation.  At RAK, we feel that a vital service that our firm can provide to our clients is to communicate to them areas where we may design the project for lesser costs, while still fully meeting the wants and needs of the client.

We leverage our experience and data obtained through cost estimation to help our clients stay within budget.  RAK believes that value engineering should be an ongoing part of the project beginning with project development and planning.  However, we understand that value engineering can often be necessary with the bidding process, and we pride ourselves with being part of the team and helping resolve issues, analyze contractor bids, and ultimately deliver a project for the client that meets their goals.
